[ENH] (advanced Python) Add setup instructions for interactive notebooks and file download

From the feedback of the students on what could be improved, 90% was about the setup, especially of the notebooks locally. This can be added in the advanced section but could also be added in the "preparation" of the starterkit maybe.

Furthermore, since the advanced tutorials pulls multiple times remote root files, it could be worth to add a "prepare" script that pulls them to a local folder first, as 50+ people downloading the same files is quite slow.
