Re-define mixed access as PMem/DRAM not read/write #167

Mixed benchmarks are currently run as read/write. We should change this behavior to mixed PMem/DRAM operations.

Can be combined with #165.

Check out the deleted tests in #168 for write_ratio on how to handle/test this for a possible dram_ratio.
