As we want to reduce loading times for our metrics, we want to store the Octocat API object to our local broser storage. This should enable fast loading times for future requests.

Additionally, we should implement the ability to pull the latest GitHub data from the repo as well as showing when the data being displayed has been fetched(data is from DD-MM-YY)
