Uploading Ground Truth avoid internal node ids

Currently, the graph provided as ground truth requires the use of internal node ids within the graph description.
Yet, it would be easier to use the node names in the graph description file. As the node names are also stored internally in our DB, it should not pose an issue to use the node names, and map them within the application.
