Upgraded to CF plugin v2.2.0 from 1.5

cannot use jenkins environment variables (ex: ${BUILD_NUMBER}) inside cloudfoundry plugin ex: hostname and advanced/application path, it throws an error saying
org.cloudfoundry.client.v2.ClientV2Exception: CF-RouteInvalid(210001): The route is invalid: host format

same issue when using in 'Application Path' section
