Describe the bug
In the resulting pkg recipe, Recipe Robot incorrectly suggests AppPkgCreator for a pkg inside a dmg.

To Reproduce

recipe-robot --verbose "https://dl.duosecurity.com/DuoDeviceHealth-appcast-v2-macos-latest.xml"

Expected behavior
A more appropriate processor for the pkg recipe would be PkgCopier.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

macOS: 11.2.3
Recipe Robot Version: 2.3.0
autopkg version: 2.3.1
/usr/local/autopkg/python --version: Python 3.7.5
