a little more help for newbies to the terminology

Hi! I use the SME energy app with nice clear images that show (1) PV generated power (2) Grid supplied power (or injected) and (3) total consumption of energy by the house. I'd like to build my own dashboard that helps me decide when to switch on/off devices, and later automate the switching. From the many entities and their description it's hard for me to understand which entities correspond to the above metrics. 'Power absorbed' - absorbed into the grid? from the grid absorbed by the house? those kinds of things. I love that you created the integration, thank you so much!
