Describe the issue you are experiencing

The 'Minimum cycle duration' field in the Thermostat and Hygrostat (humidifier) card has some problems with resizing. Here at the default width on desktop:

and here on Android with a much smaller screen:

Describe the behavior you expected

Should be fixed by specifying a minumum width that keeps the entry fields accessible.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Create a Helper with the type Generic Thermostat or Generic Hygrostat.

What version of Home Assistant Core has the issue?

core-2024.10.3
