Custom reporting functionality/flexibility

Feature request.

When piping emissions and soil carbon data out of Holos and into excel for further processing and aggregation, it can be time consuming to generate multiple reports. PEIFA (Matt Ramsay) is requesting a custom reporting feature that would provide a proto query type set of buttons (or a paramterized CLI command, e.g. C:/>holos.exe -report -params SOC, N20, CH4, CO2,CO2e -yrs ALL). As a quick fix, just exposing the ability to select multiple years would be great though the GUI. Anything to allow a user to pluck out key params and years as well as a dump (second tab perhaps) of some of the main multiplier and factor assumptions in advanced mode so data quality can be assessed by other researchers.
