Multiple cuts of hay/silage on field n in year t

Feature request.

Currently, the user cannot specify multiple cuts of hay or silage on a single field in a single year. To address this, we have included an entrey in the FAQ as follows: "When there are multiple cuts, the Yield entered should represent the total aboveground biomass yield from all cuts in the year, and the 'Product returned to soil' value (which typically represents the harvest loss for each harvesting operation) should be multiplied by the number of cuts to provide an estimate of the total harvest loss across all cuts in the year." However, in V6 we could adjust the Appendix 11 calculations to account for biomass inputs from multiple cuts in the same year.
