Perennial systems - grazing and haying a single field in a single year

Feature request.

To allow users to setup a field that is both hayed and grazed in a single year, we could apply adjusted Appendix 11 equations to account for biomass consumption and biomass C and N inputs when both actions take place on the same field in the same year. When we have time to implement this update (likely in a future version of Holos), we can discuss the best approach for doing so.
