Feature request: support passing in html for timeout dialog

My NHS team would like to use this timeout dialog. However the javascript hardcodes the markup that gets used - which is probably fine for GOV.UK services, but not NHS - where our namespace is different.

We can probably copy the js and modify, but it would be nice if it supported some mechanism for passing in the html / providing a reference to the html to use.
