Datepicker saves date one day earlier than date chosen #24

This is a bizarre behavior. I don't know why yet, but if I choose "3 August 2015" from the datepicker, the date that is actually saved is "2 August 2015."

The calendar now shows the correct month and year (and day, except for
the #24 bug) for an entered birthday.  This will help prevent accidental
data loss.  For clients without an entered birthday, the calendar will
still default to "today."
