Need to get posting assignments working again in the moderator interface now that we have a new set of end-points to play with.

I think this might include some changes to HTML, not just JS.

This goes along with #309 that allows us to view poll results via the moderator site ( although rather grossly ... ).

@Nolski would love your help on this one!
