Introduce a new view to the application, accessible via the top-level navigation.
This view to showcase map-wide statistics like total population within mapped area (Surfaced by rawrmaan and ediewald), total land area represented, and total hotspots seen.

This view opens in the same format as the welcome modal.

Stretch goal would be to surface these stats in real-time.
