Old URLs (like https://heliumvote.com/14iwaexUYUe5taFgb5hx2BZw74z3TSyonRLYyZU1RbddV4bJest) are being used on the Internet, including the Nova's devblog. These URLs are getting HTTP 404 at the moment, as the content is moved the https://heliumvote.com/legacy/14iwaexUYUe5taFgb5hx2BZw74z3TSyonRLYyZU1RbddV4bJest URL.

Please add permanent redirection for the old format URLs so that the content will be reachable.
/{b58_proposal_id} -> /legacy/{b58_proposal_id}
