Suggested by @t-b here: #580 (comment)

In either the per-push CI or nightly CI, run tests in all extensions in the NDX Catalog to ensure that they all still work.

To make this maximally effective, extensions in the NDX Catalog should include:

  1. roundtrip tests
  2. tests with and without importing the extension package
