RSA Content Style Guide

The goal of the style guide is to provide guidelines to help content producers adapt their content to the new RSA templates. It is written based on findings from user research, best practices for web content as well as content questions and concerns raised by program groups.

It is a working progress and open for feedback :)

@lmichaud - have a look. There are still some sections to tighten up. The image specs need to be defined and wireframe examples and sample scenarios to add.
