This entry gives info about the institution and also reasons why records were deleted.

Hmm, it's the first Bibframe property to be used in lobid-organisations but I could not find an equivalent schema.org property. Also, this is rather an editorial note, isn't it? Then we could use skos:editorialNote

Definition for SKOS:editorialNote is too narrow: "A note for an editor, translator or maintainer of the vocabulary." Since the sigel-data is no vocabulary. Or is it?

Definition for SKOS:editorialNote is too narrow: "A note for an editor, translator or maintainer of the vocabulary." Since the sigel-data is no vocabulary. Or is it?

It's not but the rdfs:range of the property is not formaly defined as skos:Concept. However, we might just use skos:note then as the info is not focused on maintainers/editors. The description looks ok: "A general note, for any purpose."
