Improvement: Create Relationship UI has changed over the years. Could be updated to reflect current UI and be less confusing #1005

The existing graphic

has drifted far enough from the current UI that it's hard to follow

This is a friendly suggestion to replace the graphic and text with instructions that match the current Create Relationship modal.
