Template repos

Github has a nice template repo setup, and I think linking people to some good gentle kotlin based template repos could be cool that have a nice little starting point. That way if we're writing tutorials we can also tell them to start from there. We already have some progress in this direction but we can link stuff and create a handful of simple templates.
