What are the Node.js requirements?

Running it on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS with Node.js v12.22.12 gives me this error right away:

Hey @djvdorp, I've added the node requirements to the docs now. It requires 14.x or higher, 16.x is recommended.

Node 12.x is no longer supported so I'd recommend updating :)
