It appears that the rhtml language is broken or missing for the code formatter. erb is also missing, and while html gives some odd highlighting on ERB tags it does still render a code box:

It appears that it's using Prism behind the scenes, meaning new languages can be downloaded from here:

https://prismjs.com/download.html

Hugo has moved on to Chroma for syntax highlighting and it doesn't support ERB.
