Project Definition

Volunteer Relationship Management System (VRMS) is a browser-based software tool enabling the engagement, support, and retention of a network of volunteers. The software will:

Personalize participant journeys with civic-tech volunteer organizations by matching volunteers with projects, training, and job opportunities;
Automate repetitive tasks like user onboarding and profile updates;
Measure engagement with projects and activities with event check-in capabilities;
Surface actionable data on project impact to improve organizational effectiveness and the volunteer experience over time.
