Project Definition

VRMS is a browser-based software tool used for the engagement, support, and retention of a network of volunteers. The software will:

• Personalize participant journeys with civic-tech volunteer organizations by matching volunteers with projects, training, and job opportunities;
• Automate repetitive tasks such as user onboarding and profile updates;
• Measure engagement with projects and activities with event check-in capabilities;
• Surface actionable data on project impact to improve organizational effectiveness and the volunteer experience over time.
