Render the schedule server-side?

Currently the schedule is rendered by the client, which can be slow on slow connections and older devices. It might be worth looking into rendering the schedule server-side. I have a couple ideas on this and how to do it.

Note: this is super low priority, the current schedule works great and is probably fine.
