Spring Semester update 1

This update includes the Examination view and Controller. Examination is used to examine samples in more depth, allowing the user to interact on the image and zoom in on particular segments. For the context of this project, Examination is used as a proof-of-concept to show what a user would use on a mobile solution of this application.

Next Steps will be to add more functionalities to the examination, and to automate the thresholding process.

Also, next steps will include using a machine learning package to determine an algorithm to identify bloodstains. This will require further research into the fundamentals and applications of machine learning.
