This update includes the changes to complete the basic user interface of the database, including the "segments" view.

Next steps will be to add more sophisticated algorithms on the segment-level image processing side, namely, automated thresholding, and convexity. Other next steps will be to gather many standardized samples to test blood vs. not-blood.
