il genitore riceve per sms/email un link che puntera' ad un apposita sezione della pwa

la sezione richiede il solito login con auth0

una volta loggato si prende i dati dall'url come gia' fatto per il link di verifica degli studenti e si mostra un messaggio "Benvenuto nella tua prima autocertificazione" e un bel tasto "avanti"
