Channel URLs authentication

I don't if it possible,now or is would be a feature. We have a case that we need to login in the channel url. But I couldn't find an easy way to do that.

As a work-around, I've pulled together a simple HTTP proxy that can inject basic auth headers into a request. Another moving part but will get by until greenscreen supports it natively. https://github.com/CheggEng/basic_auth_proxy
