Clicking restart build when not logged in refreshes page without error message #200

If you click into a build from the github PR page you can't really tell whether you are logged in to jenkins. If you are not authenticated, the "restart" link still displays and when clicked the page refreshes without an error message.

This may be an issue with the Rebuild plugin. It should probably redirect to login similar to other actions.
