Attempts to convert plists with Data objects fail.

the data payload in most cases is just a base64 encoded string. Not sure why it's failing as I haven't read the code, but you might be able to do that.

This issue is one of the main reasons tools that have been written/co-authored by Greg Neagle continue to require plists.
