Since we've been having historical problems with 32-bit ARM builds and have had to continually remove support for them over the last couple of months, I'm leaving this PR open as a testbed to check whether 32-bit ARM builds are working.
The intent is that we occasionally merge main into the branch to check whether things are stable yet.
