Evaluate and possibly use intellij-ide-starter for AS sync logic

There is a nice API https://github.com/JetBrains/intellij-ide-starter that could simplify a lot of work for Android Studio sync profiling. With it we could get rid of bunch of code we implemeneted, e.g. no need for a custom IntelliJ plugin. And with that it would be easier to make sure gradle-profiler works with all IntelliJ/AS versions.
