font.save(path=ufo_dir)

ufo = defcon.Font(ufo_dir)
otf = ufo2ft.compileOTF(ufo)
otf.save(ttf_file)

UnicodeEncodeError: 'ascii' codec can't encode characters in position 0-5: ordinal not in range(128)
