Selecting subtool

When selecting a subtool, it sometimes works and sometimes fails. Then I realized why it was like that.

I noticed, while mousedown, the subtool is hidden until the timeout reached. It makes the selection fail.
I think it should keep visible while mousedown.

Hi @navv-1 and thanks a lot for your feedback, again.
Either I do something wrong, or I cannot reproduce the issue on my Mac (I tried it with Chrome, Firefox and Safari).
Just to be clear, I expect that your environment is Windows 10 and Chrome, am I right?

Yes, I use chrome on windows 10

The weird thing is that with a single short click I don't expect the subtool to appear at all: it is only supposed to show after the delay.

I always use click-hold to show the hidden subtool, btw.
