Some tools should have cursors that match their icons #1736

We currently use standard cursors, except for the live transformation tool

These tools would benefit from "proper" cursors:

scale edit pointer
draw tool
draw tool (quad)
knife tool

We can probably use the SVG files directly, with a specified hotspot.
