Currently only debug printing has timestamps (i.e. log, warn, etc).

I doesn't seem possible right now, see knurling-rs/defmt#765 (comment). Created knurling-rs/defmt#774 for a fix.

This doesn't seem to be an issue since we migrated to probe-rs in #246.
