Hello, I am a student, and I want to upload the Vorbis project to test what oss-fuzz will generate, even though Vorbis is already part of the integrated project.

It is possible to download what oss-fuzz generated, see #12543

Yes. Have you read the discussion I linked to? For example, curl -L -O 'https://storage.googleapis.com/vorbis-backup.clusterfuzz-external.appspot.com/corpus/libFuzzer/vorbis_decode_fuzzer/public.zip' works for me.
