The starter code is the completed project, regardless of whether you get it in ZIP or GitHub format.

Steps to reproduce?

Go to... the URL mentioned above.
Click on... the link to get the project in either format.
See error... There is no "error", you'll just find that the code looks like the completed project.

Versions
Android Studio version: 2022.3.1
API version of the emulator: 30 or 34
