Plugin Installer Showing Incorrect Changelogs for Certain Available Updates #2023

The plugin installer is showing available update changelogs of a different plugin for plugins that have an update with the same version number as another plugin. For example, ezWondrousTails v3.1.0.4 is showing the changelog for ChatTranslated v3.1.0.4, and Waymark Preset Plugin v1.5.2.1 is showing the changelog for Tracky v1.5.2.1:
