FFXIV crashes randomly during Duties.

Since yesterday, the game has crashed whenever I've tried to run prog in this instance. Game freezes and just closes without any sort of error code or popup. I've run the game again with Dalamud turned off and I've had no crashes after hours, it only happens when Dalamud is running.

EDIT: It seems it happens during Duties, I had it happen to me again in O12S while farming the mount with a friend.
