Feature Description

Gitea stores history for every Issue/Comment and has a dropdown menu to access a specific revision that opens in separate popup window. When you have too many revisions (every checkbox clic in preview mode creates a new revision) it is quite difficult to inspect entire history, because you must close popup and select different version from dropdown. it would be convenient to have some navigation buttons inside the popup (maybe arrow buttons near to "Options" menu) to open prev/next revision directly from popup.
