数据库连接是加密串，程序拿到后进行解密？

可以支持扩展对敏感数据解密函数

这块可以使用secret或者对应厂商的secret manager来解决，然后转换到环境变量，通过模板进行替换，这块内容可以参考mss-boot-admin的secret配置模块
