Warning popup was not shown after recovering safe app from iCloud backup

We had an issue reported by a user when the notification could not be sent to a service.
The reason for that was that we could not sign the message.
The reason for that was that the app was recovered from iCloud and did not hold the proper key.

Two problems here:

1. We should display a proper message to save our time on figuring out the problem
2. User claims that the warning was not shown and he was sure that the safe app is totally fine.
