重新设计社区徽章 #7

建议在中等长度的时间的范围内，重新设计社区徽章。理由是：
1.真的不好看
2.很多地方的图标是正方形或圆形，现在的徽标是长方形，就会有很大的空白
3.国界线不正确（用的coast模块的-E选项画的）
4.中国区域的颜色是灰色的，背景反而是更明亮的颜色
