Add message to README discussing newer approaches over globus-pilot

For many of our projects, we've started to move away from Pilot and more towards Globus Flows, or scripted approaches to data ingest. DGPF lists alternatives here now, instead of Pilot. Add these to the README so users can make an informed decision.
