Rename parsl.app.errors

Problem

We need to remove parsl dependencies from the SDK, however the endpoint still sends back a parsl.app.errors.RemoteExceptionWrapper.

Our temporary fix was to add a parsl module to the SDK, but this is a hack

Approach

Rename the class. in the endpoint to something in the SDK namespace. This will be a breaking change
