Grid header issue in safari when header title includes emojis

Hello.

I've faced this issue when my grid header title includes some emojis, when hovering grid header emojis get the value defined under textHeaderSelected of theme. I've done some debugging and found that the reason is living inside this code piece. For some reason when setting some gradient color to the header menus layer it is overriding titles fillStyle prop and the issue is actual only in Safari browser. Chrome and Mozilla are behaving as expected in such cases. I've also created draft HTML file where I've put the almost same code and it is behaving the same. Can I get some help here please? I'm planning to open an issue/question in Safari support page to get some insight from them as well.
