Potentially silly question: can we have a "blank issue" template? Along the lines of

Anything else

Create a blank issue for anything that does not fit into the other categories.

And when using that template, it presents the plain old issue screen without any form elements.

@Saransh-cpp what do you think? You can also do this kind of thing https://github.com/UCL-MIRSG/.github/blob/ecd8fdc4f0f39b826fb6d7e97922d66a9929308f/.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/config.yml#L3-L7. We could promote use of discussions or whatever.

Sounds better. Having some sort of direction even while opening a blank issue will not hurt.

Looks good otherwise, the discussion thing sounds good too!
